Napa Concierge was founded by Napa Valley resident Laura Gaffney to provide trusted, hands-on home and estate management for homeowners who need a reliable local presence when they are away. We act as our clients' local eyes and ears, providing regular property oversight, identifying issues before they become bigger problems, coordinating trusted vendors, and making sure every home is cared for and ready for the owner's return. Our approach is personal, responsive and discreet. We understand that no two homes or homeowners are alike, so we tailor our services to each property, whether that means ongoing estate oversight, managing household vendors and maintenance, preparing a home for an upcoming stay, or simply being the trusted person nearby when something unexpected happens.

Home and estate management

We provide ongoing management and oversight for Napa Valley homes and estates, from regular property inspections and preventative maintenance to coordinating repairs, landscaping, housekeeping, and other vendors. Every property is different, so our services are tailored to the needs of each home and homeowner.

We can prepare homes for owner and guest arrivals, oversee work being done at the property, respond to unexpected issues, and handle the countless details that come with maintaining a home from a distance. Our goal is to provide one trusted local point of contact, so our clients don't have to manage multiple vendors or worry about what is happening at their property while they are away.

For homeowners who rent their properties, we also offer select short-term and mid-term rental management, including guest communication, turnovers, vendor coordination, and ongoing property care.
